Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping through our website at this time.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Erode, Tamil Nadu. We ship to most locations across India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and rural areas serviced by our courier partners. However, please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations or pin codes not serviced by our courier partners. You will be notified during checkout or after order placement if we are unable to ship to your provided address.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- We cannot ship to certain remote pin codes or areas not covered by our courier partners.
- International orders are not available through our website at this time.
- If your delivery address is not serviceable, we will inform you via email within 1-2 business days of order placement and offer a full refund.
- Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare, quality-check, and pack your order before handing it over to our courier partner.
- Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment verification.
- During Peak Periods: Processing time may extend to 3–5 business days during sale periods, festivals, or high-demand seasons.
Important Notes:
- Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays , Saturday and Sundays).
- Orders placed after [ 3:00 PM IST] will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

- Deliveries to remote pin codes or areas with limited courier connectivity may take longer.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our Erode warehouse, you will receive:

- Tracking ID/AWB number to monitor your shipment.

- Visiting the courier partner's website and entering your tracking number.

Delivery Process
Successful Delivery
- Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- A signature or OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to the following reasons, you may be responsible for additional charges or the order may be considered abandoned:
- Customer unavailable at the delivery address.
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
- Refusal to accept the package without valid reason.
- Customer unreachable via phone or email.
In case of failed delivery:
- The courier partner will make 1-2 additional delivery attempts (depending on courier policy).
- If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our Erode warehouse.
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund issued.
- We are not liable for non-delivery if the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- We cannot modify or change the delivery address once the order is dispatched.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may be charged for re-shipment or the order may be cancelled with deductions for shipping costs.
Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, or severe weather conditions.
- Political unrest, strikes, bandhs, or lockdowns.
- Courier partner delays or logistical issues.
- Government restrictions or transportation disruptions.
- Public holidays and festive seasons.
- Technical issues or system outages.
- Road blockages or infrastructure issues affecting delivery routes.
We are not liable for delays caused by such events. However, we will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with.
- If you accept the delivery, record an uncut unboxing video immediately as per our Return and Refund Policy.
- Contact us at ehabyprithiga@gmail.com within 1-2 days of delivery with your unboxing video, photos, and order details.
- We will investigate the claim and process a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
Lost in Transit
If your order is marked as "delivered" by the courier but you have not received it:
- Check with family members, neighbours, maids, or building security.
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation email.
- Contact the courier partner using the tracking number provided.
- If the issue is not resolved, contact us at ehabyprithiga@gmail.com within 48 hours of the "delivered" status.
We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the investigation outcome, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Once the courier partner delivers the package and obtains delivery confirmation, we are no longer responsible for the package.
Stock Availability
We aim to keep all items listed on our website in stock. However, if an item becomes unavailable after you place your order:
- We will notify you within 1-2 business days.
- You will be offered the following options:
- Wait for the item to be restocked (if expected soon).
- Choose an alternative product of similar or higher value.
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we currently ship within India only, there are no customs duties or international taxes applicable. All prices on our website include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required under Indian tax laws.
We do not process international orders through our website at this time. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at ehabyprithiga@gmail.com.
Multiple Item Orders
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock availability at our Erode warehouse.
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order if items are dispatched separately.
- There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
