Returns and Refunds

• An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all damage/defect claims.
• Claims must be made within 1-2 days of delivery.
• There are no returns for change of mind, colour variations, or customer ordering errors.

• Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by courier services, customs processing, natural disasters, strikes, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Once we transfer products to the courier/carrier, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay in transit.
